Thought we'd kick off things with a classic recipe and a cut to chill too whilst munching down your fresh ghetto dub burger. This tune is a classic from the THE KING, Lee Scratch Perry. Kick back, blaze up & munch on! Ease up uno self!

Slaughter that munchie craving with Dub Burgers ghetto recipe.

Hamburger Patty Recipe
500 grams ground beef - 1 teaspoon of salt with ½ teaspoon pepper

Cooking Hamburger
1. Spread the meat over a large surface like a plate or a glass and pan sprinkle that shit with salt and pepper.
2. Gently toss the meat with your hands to incorporate the seasonings. DO NOT OVERMIX YO!
3. Divide the meat in to 4 balls (ha ha) and pat into 1-inch-thick patties, making a ¼ inch indentation in the center of each.
4. Then rub that fucken patty with a dab of vegetable oil.
5. Grill the burgers covered, indentation side up until seared well on the first side. This should take no more than 3 minutes, enough time for a quick corker. Whatever you do, don’t press on the burgers while they're on the grill! This will release all of the juices and the result will suck and will you leave bitterly disappointed.
6. Flip the burgers and continue to grill the other side until they reach your desired doneness. Seriously, don’t press on those fucken burgers! Go grab a beer or have another corker.
7. Transfer the burgers to a plate and let them rest under a foil tent for 5 minutes. This step is necessary to lock in those sweet juices.
8. Add cheese, salad & either tomato or BBQ sauce (chilli is sick) to a fat roll and you've got yourself one dooze ghetto burger!
